4th Silk Road to come up between Nanjing & Shaoxing

A conference regarding opening up fourth Silk Road held in Hangzhou city, which suggested opening out the fourth Silk route.
China already has three silk roads since ancient times. One opens up from Luoyang city to Europe, other one passes from Chengdu city to India, and the third one goes through Taicang to Ningbo.
Now the fourth one is suggested to pass from Nanjing to Shaoxing. These places are developing silk industry with planting, breeding, weaving, creating handicraft and other cultures related with the silk industry.
Many towns and villages which lie with in the fourth Silk Road have different kinds of silk products, and cultures. Government departments have conveyed their consent in this regard and agreed to help in setting up the new silk road.
