• 2007-08 World production estimated at 115.9 million bales, down 110,000 bales from May.
• 2007-08 China mill use at 54.0 million bales, up 4.0 million bales from '06-07.
• 2007-08 India production at 22.5 million bales, up 1.0 million bales from '06-07.
• 2007-08 U.S. production estimated at 18.8 million bales, down 2.8 million bales from '06-07.
