Take a walk in childrens fashion fair!

Jun '07
FIMI (International Fair of Children´s and Young People´s Fashion) is due to open its doors at Feria Valencia from 6th to 8th July 2007, with a display of products ranging from children´s fashion and accessories to collections for future moms, layettes and gifts for babies and toddlers.

For this 65th FIMI, we also have special occasions and beachwear collections. This complete spectrum of children´s fashion is guaranteed by 250 exhibiting firms offering their products to an estimated 7000 trade visitors.

This edition of FIMI is lending a special focus to a series of actions targeting points of sale, making up the bulk of buyers visiting the fair.

These consist of a window dressing workshop, a self-diagnosis test, and the presentation of trends for the 2008 Spring Summer season by GV Lines, aimed primarily at buyers.

In turn, Promostyl, the international trend research and design agency is presenting trends for the 2008-2009 Autumn Winter season for exhibitors.

Promostyl has drawn up the guidelines for the new trends for the upcoming season, which it has titled "Let´s go for a walk". The tendencies bring the 50s and 60s to mind with "Preppy Rockabilly", before moving along a summery path in "Summer Stroll" and "By the Pastel Sea".

These tendencies will be readily visible in Pasarela FIMI, one of the fair´s great success stories. This edition it is divided into three separate shows. Pasarela FIMI will feature collections by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada Baby, AKR Kids, Laranjinha, Lourdes, Mini a Ture, Pan con Chocolate, Rubio Kids, Tuc Tuc and Tutto Piccolo.
