Nilit appoints Attilio Annoni as General Manager

Nilit announced that Attilio Annoni has been named Nilit's new General Manager for its Fiber Division's European activities. Arie Gottlieb, Nilit's General Manager, made the announcement from the Company's corporate headquarters in Migdal Ha'emek, Israel.
“With this appointment, Nilit will move its European operations forward. Attilio will be responsible for all aspects of sales, operations, and administration related to fibers,” Gottlieb said. “Our plants in Germany and Spain will report directly to him.”
In 2006 Nilit acquired the Invista apparel production operation in Germany and the Torcidos Ibericos texturing facility in Catalunya, Spain.
Annoni was most recently the Commercial Director for Nylstar Group, Cesano Maderno in Milan. Since 2000, he served in a number of executive responsibilities at Nylstar, including Business Unit Manager, Division Manager, and General Manager of Nylstar in Germany and Italy.
In the mid-80s, he was the International Marketing Area Manager for the Far East for the Association of Italian Machine-Tools Manufacturers (UCIMU). In addition, he spent more than a decade in the chemical industry and was responsible for sales, purchasing and operations.
“Europe represents one of Nilit's most important markets,” Annoni notes. “I look forward to working closely with the entire Nilit team – in Europe and in Israel -- as we develop this challenging and complicated market.” Annoni will report to Fabio Kahn, Nilit's VP of the Fiber Division.
Annoni received an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and a degree in law from Milan State University.
