CCFEI to hold 3rd Intl Recycled Polyester Market & Tech Forum

Previous conferences in 2005 and 2006 were attended by more than 200 participants from recycled fiber enterprises, traders, equipment plants, bottle grade chip suppliers etc, who exchanged opinions about market status and perspective.
Speeches were given by speakers representing the China Chemical Fiber Association, Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology, Gneuß Kunstofftechnik, Rieter Automatic, Amut s.p.a, Ningbo Dafa, Jiangyin Changlong, Hangzhou Fuxing, Xiake Color Spinning, Yangzhou Huitong Polyester Technology etc.
3rd China International Recycled Polyester Fiber Market & Technology Forum is to be held in China during 5-7 Sep 2007. The forum is jointly organized by China Chemical Fiber Economic Information Network(CCFEI)and Polyester Recycling Forum (PRF) run by Gneuss Kunststofftechnik GmbH and Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology.

• In 2006, recycled fiber capacity in China exceeded 5 million tons per year with a better margin compared with past years. However, with more than 500kt new capacity expected to come on stream in 2007, how should recycled fiber producers find balance between fast growing capacity and tightened feedstock supply, as there are now wider applications for recycled bottle flakes?
• In 2006 a lot of new products emerged.
