Erotica LA attracts record footfalls

The Largest Erotic Shopping Metroplex and Cultural Event in Los Angeles Took Place June 22 - 24
The 11th Annual Erotica LA (ELA) convention exceeded all expectations surpassing attendance last year by more than 10% throughout the three-day show -- making it the largest consumer erotic show in the United States! Due to the success and exposure of last year's ELA convention and the mainstream media coverage both years, a steady flow of nearly 45,000 consumers filled the convention center up until Sunday night.
"We are thrilled with the turnout this year," said Cindy Cheer, Marketing Manager, Erotica Los Angeles. "The influx of mainstream media coverage had a direct impact on ticket sales. We couldn't be more excited!"
This year's stage shows included a special performance by Cirque du Soleil's sensual show ZUMANITY and Las Vegas sensation John Stagliano's Fashionistas.
The 2nd Annual F.A.M.E. (Fans of Adult Media & Entertainment) Awards, hosted by Tera Patrick and Evan Stone, also brought out fans and some of the biggest names in the business. Dave Navarro gave out the first award of the evening with Vivid Girl Savanna Samson and Jenna Jameson also garnered the most coveted award of the night -- Best Performer of All Time.
The convention also featured meet and greets with favorite adult stars during the entire show -- including Jenna Jameson. Tera Patrick also gave attendees a sneak peak at her new line of clothing with a Tera Patrick's Mistress Couture Lingerie Fashion Show.
Erotica LA 2008 will take place June 6, 7 and 8.
