Rayon yarn prices show rising trend

PTA price moved sideways, MEG price rose on September 10, 2007. Prices of semi-dull and bright polyester slightly gained, CDP chip, polyester bottle slice both went higher.
PSF price was stable. Acrylic staple 1.5D x 38mm and acrylic top 3D x 102mm adjusted. CPL, nylon 6 slice price presented steady.
Market was generally stable, trade volume somewhat lowered from previous days. Most traders are still waiting, many of them feel operational space is smaller.
Chemical fiber spinning plants are watching the changes of upstream raw materials and fabrics markets; they will make next decisions accordingly.
All cotton yarn price appeared firm.
Rayon yarn price showed a rising trend. Polyester/viscose yarn and Polyester/cotton yarn market had little changes in market quotations.
Pure polyester yarn market, except 32s declined, mainly looked stable.
VSF price further climbed. Rayon yarn market is expected to maintain in up trend.
