Silk show rescheduled till July

The three day 'Silk Show', which was scheduled to held from January 22 to 24, this year at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi has been postponed to July 2008.

The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC), the organizer of the event, is forced to take such decision due to non availability of halls at Pragati Maidan.

The 'Silk Show' is a creatively conceptualized exhibition, bringing to the world, in a unique and innovative way. It is re-introduction to all that is widely known about India and more, showcasing India's rich culture, lifestyles, resources and abundant potential.

Here, the Council is going to display a varied range from furnishings, fashion fabrics, accessories, to carpets and garments.
