TPL to develop Kuwait Petroleum technical skills

In line with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation's quest to comply with rapid international variables witnessed by the global oil industry sector, KPC and its subsidiary companies have paid special attention to cadres that possess exceptional technical and professional skills.
Therefore, in fulfillment of pursuit to maintain its staff, KPC began implementing the Technical Professional Ladder (TPL) and accepting nominations of employees (grade 15 and above) from the following occupational groups: “Internal Audit- International Marketing-HSE”
TPL allows participants to develop their professional and technical skills, in addition to offering them the chance to obtain upgrading without the need of a vacancy.
It is important to mention that the system will be applied to all other sectors at a later stage in sequence.
