Stay4sure Silicone Gel for human skin

Stay4sure is a silicone Gel. It's chemical ingredients are Polydimethylsiloxane, containing vinyl groups, inert fillers and a Platinum Crosslinker.

According to current knowledge, Polydimethylsiloxanes are not physiologically a problem. The Platinum content is no more than 10 parts per million. The material safety data sheet for the liquid material before it is coated and cured onto the elastic states that the material “Presents no hazards to man or the environment”.

The material has been fully tested to Oekotex standard 100, meaning that they do not contain heavy metals and Chloro Organic Catalysts. The material does not contain any flame retardants or Biozides.

The material is not a hazardous substance or preparation according to EC directives 67/548/EEC or 99/45/EC. No special arrangements have to be made for its diposal. The material is solvent-free.

The final cured material has also been tested for suitability for contact with the human skin. Test facility BSL BIOSERVICE Scientific Laboratories GmbH.

Test for Hypersensitivity (skin sensitization) ISO 10993 – 1:2003; 10993-10:2002; 10993-12:2002
Conclusion: Considering the reported data of this test for delayed-type hypersensitivity it can be stated that the test item caused “No reactions identified as sensitization”.
Therefore the material is considered to have no sensitizing properties. 0% sensitization rate
