Mr. Markus Gambihler as Messe Frankfurt HR Division VP

As of 1 March 2008, Markus Gambihler (44) will be taking over as Vice President (VP) of the Human Resources (HR) Division (A4) at Messe Frankfurt. This means that he will be responsible for human resources operations and development for the some 1,400 employees of the Messe Frankfurt Group worldwide. He will be reporting directly to Michael von Zitzewitz, Chairman of the Board of Management.
In his previous position, Markus Gambihler was in charge of human resources for various business units within the Human Resources Department at Siemens AG - Siemens IT Solutions & Services, Munich. He worked in various positions in personnel at the Siemens Group before this.
Markus Gambihler will be taking over from Johann Thoma, who has changed positions within the Messe Frankfurt Group, joining the Board of Management at Mesago Messe Frankfurt.
