Depending on the process, a connection to the integrated BRÜCKNER ECO-HEAT Back-Pack heat recovery allows energy savings of up to 30 %. The costs of the air / air heat recovery system pay back within short time and the reduced energy consumption leads to a higher profitability of the stenter.

POWER-SHRINK - a new generation of sanforizing lines:
BRÜCKNER completely revised the sanforizing process and developed an even more efficient generation of sanforizing units. The benefits of BRÜCKNER's new POWER-SHRINK sanforizing unit, suitable for the finishing of woven fabrics and Denim, are as follows:
•Production output increased by 20-40 % due to optimised geometric conditions at the rubber belt unit
•Better residual shrinkage of 1-0 % due to a high-tech drive concept with traction measuring rollers
•Constant shrinking values thanks to a new, highly developed automatic shrinking control
•The new line meets the highest requirements about fabric quality and is registered under the Sanforized label.
