New textile industry base in Qingdao soon

Qingdao city, will develop 10 high-tech industrial bases in next five years. Some of the up coming projects include, equipment manufacturing, new materials and electronic appliances.
These high-tech bases are expected to become the backbone for development of Qingdao, by reaching output value of more than 100 billion, by 2012.
Qingdao Textile Machinery Company Ltd, which is one of the largest manufacturers for textile machinery in China, will join forces to build the new textile machinery industry base in the region.
Further, the company will help in setting up the National Textile Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center. It will also focus on supporting the industrialization of cotton textile equipment and technology, including new automatic winder, clear-card combination machine, fine-and-coarse combination machine and reeling machine.
The new textile machinery industry base is expected to be in same line with advanced international level by 2010.
