LyondellBasell shuts Houston refinery for unplanned work thru mid-April

LyondellBasell Industries announced that its Houston refinery is conducting unplanned maintenance on its fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU).
The unit is estimated to be out of service until mid-April. The 268,000 barrels per day refinery will operate at reduced rates during this outage.
