Truetzschler technical centre with new comber

The comber plays a key role in the production of fine ring-spun yarns. During the combing process value is added, and combed yarns are in demand worldwide.

With its blow room machines, cards, draw frames and combing equipment, Truetzschler offers the entire spinning preparation from one source.

Cards, breaker draw frame, Superlap, comber and a highly efficient autoleveller draw frame form a perfect system.

At ITMA in Munich, the Truetzschler Comber TCO 1 was introduced to the public, and the first Truetzschler combers are installed in all key markets.

For practice- oriented and detailed testing, a comber TCO 1 is now also available in the Truetzschler technical centre. The assembly of Superlap TSL 1 has been completed as well.

Thus, as of immediately, it is possible to perform tests from bale to draw frame sliver also for combed ring-spun yarns in Moenchengladbach.

The concept of the technical centre guarantees general conditions that are exactly the same as in spinning mills. Of course, the other machines introduced in Munich – like the card TC 06, an optimised special card for medium and long staple cottons – are also available.

The new foreign part separator SECUROPROP SC-FP with its unique patented detection of polypropylene und transparent parts is meanwhile in operation as well.

All machines in use are series machines without modifications. This is the only way to achieve reproducible results.
