Kim Morris takes over as President of SK Textile

SK Textile Inc, a leading supplier of high-quality bed covers, drapery products and accessories for the hospitality industry, announced on April 2 about the acquisition of the company by Kim Morris Heiman on February 29, 2008.
It is believed that this acquisition will provide immense growth opportunities to the company enabling the organization to cater customized project solutions to a wider base of customers. Besides, it will also help SK Textile to strive for a bigger share of the market in the area of hospitality services.
Kim Morris, a well known Cincinnati business woman, having 25 years of experience in the textile industry, will act as the President for SK textile. She will continue to simultaneously serve as Senior Vice President of the Decorative Products and International divisions at Standard Textile Co Inc.
This Company is an international leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of textiles, decorative products, and work apparel for the health care and hospitality industries.
On taking charge over SK Textile, Ms Kim Morris Heiman stated, “The Company has several distinguishing factors that make it a desirable acquisition. The take-over has not brought about any major changes in the company. Mr Kassap will continue to manage the daily operations of SK Textile, while Mr Debra Centurion, Vice President of Marketing, will retain his position to lead the sales function to ensure the Company maintains uncompromising standards of ethics and integrity with representatives, customers and vendors.
