Mr Zhang Xianshun bags the title of 'Innovation Star'

News came from the Industrial Innovation Meeting of Taizhou city on April 11 that Feiyue's chief engineer Zhang Xianshun was awarded the title of "Innovation Star" by the municipal party committee and municipal government.

The 42-year-old Zhang Xianshun is a local expert trained by Feiyue Group. He began his job as an ordinary mechanic, and rapidly grew to an expert in the sewing equipment industry through persistent study and practice.

Moreover, he also served as the member of National Committee on Science and Technology and Industry Standardization Committee.

He has won the advancement awards on provincial and national science and technology, named as the rising star of Taizhou young scientists and also won the honor of the top ten professional and technical personnel in non-public enterprises of Jiaojiang District.

"Technicians should not only be technical pacesetters, but also innovative talent." Zhang Xianshun said in an interview, "We technicians should be at the forefront of technological innovation in order to create a world-famous brand for Feiyue as a world-class manufacturer of whole set sewing equipments.

Facing the gaps between domestic and foreign enterprises on technology and quality of the products and the grim reality of enterprise development, Zhang put independent innovation as a top priority task.

Based on the characteristics of industrial sewing equipments, and the requirement of "Promoting technology innovation for the need of industrial development, and boosting industrial development through the fruits of technology innovation", Zhang led the R&D center members to set "industrializing high and new technology and upgrading the industry" as a business objective.
