Rohm & Haas Chairman to host annual meeting

Rohm and Haas Company will webcast its 90th Annual Meeting of Stockholders, on Monday, May 5, 2008, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Eastern time.
Rohm and Haas Chairman, President and CEO Raj Gupta will host the annual meeting, and address stockholders at the Chemical Heritage Foundation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The proceedings will include questions from those in attendance following the formal remarks.
Live internet access to the meeting will be available through the Investors section of the company's website. The webcast will include a videocast transmission of the proceedings, as well as slides used in the speaker presentations.
