Jaihind Synthetics Ltd has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting could not be held for consideration of unaudited provisional financial results for quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company shall submit the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 before June 30, 2008.
