Intl entrepreneurs make a visit to enhance trade

Trinidad & Tobago is on a sturdy path of growth and aspires to become a developed nation by 2020. In order to achieve this status, the nation is offering overseas investor attractive benefits to make huge investments.

Working on the same lines, High Commission of Trinidad and Tobago, New Delhi, has organized a trade and investment mission where more than 60 enterprises from India, Bangladesh and Singapore will explore various business opportunities. The official visit that began yesterday and will continue till June 8.

Members of the delegation are looking forward to strengthen trade relations and discuss about various joint opportunities for business and investment, in areas like textiles, chemicals, petrochemicals and other industries in the country.

The Government of Trinidad & Tobago will provide ample investment options to the foreign entrepreneurs for assisting the twin island achieve faster economic growth.

This seven day meet is jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Trade and Industry, in addition to Evolving TecKnologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (eTecK), Tourism Development Company, Tobago House of Assembly and support from private sector.
