In his current role, Gatti serves as Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for NRF's branding and marketing efforts including marketing, public relations and business partnerships. Gatti also serves as Executive Director of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association (RAMA), a division of NRF.
As Senior Vice President of Communications, Gatti will retain the title of Executive Director of RAMA and oversee all communications policy, strategy and marketing promotions for NRF and its divisions' conferences and webinars.
Gatti will also be responsible for the strategic direction of STORES Magazine. Gatti joined NRF in 1993 as Vice President, Marketing, and was promoted to Executive Vice President of RAMA in 2003 and Executive Director of RAMA in 2006.
Before joining NRF, Gatti served as Senior Director, Marketing, at the National Automated Clearing House Association in Herndon, Virginia for five years. There, he was responsible for all marketing and public relations efforts. Gatti graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
