Propylene price for US dips

Presently crude prices in the international market are going downward; however, it has failed to curb the demand for the propylene.
Even though, there had been production cutbacks from major producing countries, prices in the domestic region is experiencing a growing trend this week.
Propylene prices for almost all the importing countries fluctuated on August 6. Prices quoted for Far Eastern, and European region moved up where as for the US, a dip is depicted in comparison to the prior week.
Propylene prices in Far East region:
Propylene, FOB South Korea, at US $1615 per ton.
Propylene prices in European region:
Propylene (polymerization level), FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 1000-1010 per metric ton.
Propylene (polymerization level), CIF Northwest Europe, at Euro 1000-1010 per metric ton.
Price in the United States:
Propylene (refining level), FAS Houston, at US cent 70.000-70.500 per lb.
