Garment manufacturers gain by participating in MAGIC

MAGIC, the largest sourcing and fabric trade show in the USA, took place from August 25 to 27, gave opportunity to global buyers and sellers, to come under one roof for enhancing trade relations. Pakistani garment enterprises also participated here for showcasing their apparel samples.
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) had sent a group of 30 enterprises from the nation to take part in this international trade fair. The companies displayed their fabrics to make the potential buyers aware about the wide variety the domestic enterprises can offer the global customers.
The response from the buyers who had come from different parts of the world was overwhelming. This was made amply clear from the fact that, they received huge amount of orders on the spot and even got into negotiations with future buyers.
Along with the apparel manufacturers, fashion designer, Ismail Farid, showcased his stunning collection for men at MAGIC MAN, where thousand of buyers come to shop fashionable clothes. Ismail amazed the audience with his sophisticated designs that had a contemporary touch to it. Two leather garment makers also displayed their creations under 'Street Wear' section.
MAGIC is held twice a year, in February as well as in August and Pakistan takes part in both exhibitions.
