Kusters with new representative AKM at CINTE Techtextil
Wetlaid pilot line in Andritz Küsters Technical Center
Andritz Küsters, supported by their new representatives AKM will be present at the CINTE Techtextil 2008 in Shanghai.
After ITMA Asia, CINTE is the second important trade fair in Asia at which Andritz Küsters is joined by AKM Shanghai Ltd.
“The Asian markets, above all China, are of utmost importance for us”, stresses Andreas Lukas, Vice President of Andritz Küsters Nonwoven. “With AKM Shanghai and AKM Far East (Hong Kong) we have found a representative that is precisely geared to not just these markets but also to our product programme.”
No wonder, as AKM stems from the previous Küsters representatives Kuesters Far East and Kuesters Shanghai.
“Right from management down to our service technicians all AKM employees are extremely familiar with the Andritz Küsters products”, assures Brian Hu, General Manager AKM Far East and AKM Shanghai. “Our customers from the textile and nonwoven industries are looked after by the very same contact persons who are well aware of their needs. In addition, we will be expanding our service and incorporate new products into our existing programme.”
This is why CINTE is an excellent setting to stage the entire Andritz Küsters product portfolio for technical textiles and nonwovens to the Chinese trade public.
The motto “nonwoven eXcellence – from forming to finishing” stands for the enterprise's claim to increasingly offer comprehensive solutions for the nonwovens industry. The latest addition to the product programme is lines for the wetlaid production (neXline wetlaid). The wetlaid pilot line at the Andritz Küsters Technical Centre offers interested customers the opportunity to run basic tests or conduct individual product developments. The results achieved there are conclusive and provide the basis for the design of production lines. The Andritz Küsters field in the wetlaid technology encompasses the individual retrofitting of an inclined wire section as well as design, implementation and commissioning of entire wetlaid lines.
The Andritz Küsters presence at the fair is rounded off by the tried and tested calender programme. With a maximum line force of 400 N/mm the teXcal s-roll sets new benchmarks for technical textiles.
Within the Andritz Küsters calender programme for the nonwoven industry the neXcal twin is particularly outstanding. It embodies highest flexibility and cost efficiency and epitomizes the new standard in the high performance production of nonwovens.
The Andritz Küsters and AKM team would be pleased to discuss the latest developments and services with you in Shanghai / SNIEC at the German Pavilion, Booth W5 E04 from 20 to 22 October 2008.
