Safexpress awarded Best Supply Chain Company of the year

Express Logistics and Supply Chain (ELSC) Conclave 2008 was held on 19th and 20th September 2008 at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
The highlight of the conclave was the Award Ceremony, acknowledging the contribution and achievements of the Logistics players, in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Pawan Jain, CMD, Safexpress was facilitated with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award' on the occasion. The company was also awarded the 'Best Supply Chain Company of the Year' for its quality services and unparalleled contribution towards the growth of Logistics sector in India.
The former award category held special significance, as it was for the first time ever that a leader of any Logistics company was recognized for his dedicated contribution.
ELSC was a 2-day conclave which got together Industry veterans to deliberate on the latest developments in the Logistics sector.
Further, it presented an opportunity to discuss important issues affecting the industry and finding solutions to address them. It provided an in-depth insight into the developing Logistics scenario in India.
Mr. Jain, while speaking on the sidelines of the event said “It's a great honor to receive the awards of such high stature.
This motivates us to continue delivering quality service and higher milestones. The industries are growing at a very fast pace.
It has become imperative for Logistics providers to provide faster, more secure and superior quality service to various industry verticals. A wide and strong distribution network is a must to remain competitive.

The conclave centered on the theme of "Aligning Strategies to cope with the Intensity of Globalization”. The conclave provided a good opportunity to companies to exhibit their services by way of participating in the exhibition. The conclave created a strong networking platform for both the buyers and the sellers.
