Also in 2007, a lustrous Scottsdale Fashion Square series of runway shows featured the delights of Betsey Johnson; the elegance of St. John; the fresh refinement of kate spade; and a style for everyone from Macy's.
In addition, Dillard's presented a high-energy theatrical fashion show. Like a scene from a Broadway musical, a dance troupe presented a retrospective of Hip Hop while modeling LRG and Ed Hardy fashions. The show included a custom t-shirt 'cutting' onstage by Ed Hardy couture designer Adam Saaks.
Saturday Night Gala. Scheduled again is the SFW Gala, Saturday evening, Nov. 8. Last year no less than Rolf's Global Experience was featured on the runway, with hair serving as more than a model's crowning glory, but a medium to interpret landmarks and cultures of the world. The evening also celebrated Neiman Marcus 100 Years, featuring the season's most coveted fashions.
