Buyers for China were again dominant with some support from buyers for India.

Sales will be held in Newcastle, Melbourne and Fremantle next week, when 53,619 bales are currently rostered for sale. Present estimates for the following two sales are 54,536 and 52,100 bales, respectively. An increase of 1.9% over the three sale period when compared with last year.

The New Zealand Merino Company will also offer 4,100 bales in Melbourne next week and is rostered to offer 3,250 bales in Week 17 and 2,925 bales in Week 18.
