Haprosimex Textile Mill opens in Ninh Hiep Zone

Ha Noi General Production and Haprosimex knitting factory has inaugurated a textile mill in Ninh Hiep Industrial Zone, Gia Lam District, on Thursday.
Insiders say that this unit is expected to have knitting, sewing and dyeing facilities.
Sources from Haprosimex told Fibre2fashion, “The knitting factory was set up with an investment of around US $20 million and will have annual production capacity of 2000 tons. This includes 30 tons of RIB collar, 2.4 million T-shirt, Poloshirt and one million underwear.”
The source also stressed, “Company is also interested in some kinds of fibre such as CVC (80/20, 70/30), yarn dye, T/C, cotton modal, polyester and so on.”
With this venture Haprosimex knitting factory will create jobs for around 600 local people. The Company mainly exports to USA and EU market.
In the current year Haprosimex earned revenue of around US $105.1 million during the first nine months.
