The Dubai Mall, which is recognised as the largest mall in the world will open its doors at the end of this month. The Dubai Mall, developed by Emaar Malls Group is spread over 5.9 million square feet of total internal area and 3.77 million square feet of leasable space.

The mall will feature a Fashion Avenue, which is a custom-designed area dedicated to haute couture and latest fashion. The Dubai Mall expects an estimated 30 million visitors within the first year of trade. UAE is already ranked 8th in a study analyzing the attractiveness of 250 retail markets around the world and this recent addition to the retail market will further boost UAE's importance around the world.

INTIMA Lingerie & Swimwear at Motexha is the only available platform in the Middle Eastern region which caters to the fashion industry's buying cycle. The event, to be held from April 7 – 9, 2009 provides an opportunity to the lingerie manufacturers and producers from all across the world to bring their brand to the Middle Eastern markets.
