Aoraki to host fashion show at annual event

Aoraki Polytechnic, a renowned education and training institution of New Zealand, is set to open its annual exhibition tonight, and promises to have a special oomph this year.
At this event named 'Pose', first and second year fashion and design students have organized a catwalk to display 80 of their best designs.
Reportedly, the gowns will be feminine and subtle with a touch of funkiness that will enchant all. The ensemble comprises of prom and evening gowns as well as bridal-wears.
Experts say that it will be interesting to see the creations of these young students, especially since, they have made use of wide range of fabrics including tulle, lace, satin exotic appliqués and so on.
Fashion School Co-ordinator and Tutor Janice Friend stated that this is event is an attempt to give the students a taste of the real world.
