CITA denies woven cotton twill fabrics short supply request

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain woven cotton twill fabric, as specified below, is available in commercial quantities in the CAFTA-DR countries. CITA has issued a Report that reviews the information on the record and provides CITA's analysis and conclusion to deny the Request.
