2008 CNG Leather Fair concludes on successful note

2008 Guangzhou Leather, Shoe Materials and Bag Accessories Expo--Autumn Session (2008 CNG Leather Fair) was successfully opened on Nov 3rd at Jinhan Exhibition Center in Guangzhou. The great opening ceremony attracted lots of visitors, exhibitors and press here. There were distinguished guests from leather and shoe-making associations and chamber of commerce all over the world presenting them onsite.

The three-day fair during Nov.3 -6 was a real success. Although the air of leather markets crisis prevailing all round (like rising price of chemical material, value-add RMB and problem of tanning pollution), leather industry demands for merging in resource integration, many leather enterprises are fighting for survival of fittest, 2008 CNG Leather Fair was successfully stood out as a gold opportunity and an international platform for leather and shoe-making enterprise.

Totally, it received 4216 person-time visitors from home and abroad such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Pakistan, India, Italy, England, France, Russia, America and Germany, Thailand, Singapore, Poland and China Mainland.

Exhibitors like Jannet Miller, Shuofeng Special Shoes Material, Haoran Woven-Tape, Juniu Leather, Liyu Shoe Material, Yisheng Leather, etc. All of them praised that they attain a good result at this fair and received order day-to-day.

Moreover, exhibitors like Yisheng Leather, City Haibo Laser Packaging, Guangzhou Ri Yue Xing Leather, Dongguan Tongda Non-Woven Co, Guangzhou Jannet Miller, Shenzhen Qicaiheng Light Source Technology, Jiangmen Yongyuan Leather, Xinpeng Embroidery Weaves, etc. have already booked the booth for next edition, they expressed they would have a good preparation for next session, enlarge the exhibiting area and decorate well to provide a good business environment for buyers, meanwhile, they would also bring their own visitor here and have a face-to-face talking.

Besides, colorful activities were held corresponding the fair.
Creative Leather Corridor is a static display of combining raw materials and finished leather goods. It gives out of a full presentation that leather can be widely used in the every aspect of industry, like shoes, garments, toys and gifts, car ornaments, furniture industry and so on. Hence, you will find mini- desk, sofa, bed, clothes, little lovely gifts…. Here, a vivid reflection of the wide application of leather.

Opening Banquet was held on Nov 3 in Dongfang Hotel. The big banquet held corresponding with 1st Anniversary of Guangdong Shoes Materials Association;10th Anniversary Celebration of Publication of Global Footwear; 10th Anniversary Celebration of Guangzhou Xinhaopan Shoe Materials, Leather, Hardware Wholesale Plaza.

Distinguished Guests got together there and toasted for the better development of leather and shoe-making material industry. Attendances include presidents of the famous shoe enterprises, leaders from Ministry of Commerce and related departments in Guangdong governments; leaders from china leather association and other industrial associations from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, other provinces in China; industrial representaives and media from home and abroad.

All in all, 2008 CNG Leather Fair succeeded in providing a platform for opinions exchange and business cooperation in leather and shoe-making industry.
