International Textile Machinery Fair from Sep 15 in Qingdao

Dec '08
The 10th China (Qingdao) International Textile Machinery Fair announced to change the exhibition dates to September 15-17 this year, at Qingdao International Convention Center, China.

Since its launch in 2000, the exhibition is committed to serving the textile industry in North China and its dates will change to September of each year in response to market feedback. Show organizers explained that a number of professional visitors in the industry found exhibition dates in April less accommodating as they are attending fabrics shows at that time of the year. As a consequence, organizers of the China (Qingdao) International Textile Machinery Fair decided to hold this important regional industry exhibition in the second half of the year (September) from 2009 onwards.

In view of favorable policies and measures introduced by the Chinese authorities, the organizers said that the timing of holding this year's exhibition in September is suitable, allowing industry players to participate with the trade fair in a more upbeat investment environment.
