Rutland & Dhaval Color to produce PVC free textile printing inks

Rutland Plastics Technologies and Union Ink Company, wholly owned subsidiaries of Rutland Holdings, headquartered in Pineville NC, globally recognized leaders of textile inks and coatings & Dhaval Color Chem Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai India, the largest textile ink and machine supplying company based in India, with sister concern company Creative Industries, Mumbai, having technology for the finest quality PVC Free Water Base Ink, announces an intent to create a venture to manufacture, service, and market unique plastisol and PVC free textile printing inks.

The new Company's manufacturing facility, development lab and sales office will be located in India and will service India and the Indian subcontinent countries, Asia, Europe, the Americas and other geographic regions.

It is expected that products will be available through the new facility in late 2nd quarter 2009.
