NanoHorizons to further enhance ASF Eclipse performance

Action Sports Fabrics, maker of highly specialized fabrics for the Outdoor and Active Sports apparel industries, has chosen SmartSilver antimicrobial additives, developed and produced by NanoHorizons Inc., to further enhance its Eclipse Base Layer performance fabrics. SmartSilver provides outstanding anti-odor benefits and material degradation protection without inhibiting the fabrics' other performance features.
“Outdoor and Active Sports consumers truly value effective anti-odor performance in their apparel,” says Adam Clark of ASF Group in the US. “SmartSilver provides antimicrobial protection that really works plus it won't wash out or wear off for the expected life of the garment. Another significant advantage is that SmartSilver's proprietary nanotechnology won't interfere with Eclipse's other functional benefits such as wicking and breathability.”
