The process of continuous dyeing of cotton, polyester & their blends is gaining importance over traditional exhaust dyeing process owing to the major advantages present in it.

Being a simple, and short dyeing process, it enables uniformity of shades in long yardages, high productivity, low utility cost in terms of consumption of dyes, chemicals, water, energy & low effluent generation.

Indian dyeing industry is currently moving towards economies of scale equipped with latest technologies, modernization, automation, and restructuring activities.

Stringent product quality and safety standards supplement the growth of the industry. Various methods of dyeing are effectually adopted based on the type of substrates.

Effective co-ordination between a dyestuff manufacturer, textile processor, and machinery producer has further led to ongoing improvements in the continuous dyeing system.
