Agreement inked to set up garment design centre

An agreement, to establish a garment design centre project in the Kingdom, was signed between Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) and an Italian Company.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Italy's Ambassador to Jordan, Mr. Francesco Fransoni.
Under this agreement, the Italian company will offer 3.5 million euros to the small and medium size enterprises operating in the garment sector to enhance their competitiveness.
This Italian company will also provide the consultative and technical services for the development of the work of Jordanian companies operating in this field.
