Kiri Dyes to open dyestuffs JV plant in Gujarat

Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Ltd (KDCL) has informed regarding KDCL Celebrating Inauguration Ceremony for Joint Venture Plant of Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd in presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Narendra Modi.
This has reference to the captioned subject matter, we are celebrating Inauguration Ceremony for Joint Venture Plant of Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd in Presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat 5hri Narendra Modi, at village Dudhwada, near Baroda.
In view of robust demand of dyestuff in the international market both joint venture partners - Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Ltd (KDCL) and Well Prospering Ltd. (WPL) group company of world largest dyes manufacturing Company, Zhejiang Longsheng Group Company is inaugurating new manufacturing facility of Joint Venture Company Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd on Sunday, 19th July, 2009.
Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Limited have invested 40% in the project and Well prospering Limited has invested 60% in the project. We expecting top line of Rs. 500 Crores and bottom line of Rs. 50 to 60 crores of JV plant after achieving full capacity. Considering Kiri Group as whole topline of the group will be more than l000 crores and bottom line will be more than 100 to 150 crores. We are also expecting to significantly increase the market share globally by minimum 10% with exports from India. Our facility will be 100% export oriented unit having main focus to serve market outside India.
We are putting the best strengths of both the countries together in terms of product technology, economy of scale, modem engineering designs, latest effluent treatment measures, combined sales and marketing, etc. after successful functioning of plant we will become world.' s second largest reactive dyestuff manufacturing facility in India.
Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Ltd was establish in year 1998 as a results of continues growth it now become two star export house and leading manufacturer & exporters to dyes and dyes intermediates from Gujarat.
