Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the Company has formed a subsidiary Company in Mauritius in the name of Nakoda Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd for the purpose of making investments in Singapore which will be further utilised for investment in Indo Korean Petrochem Ltd a subsidiary of the Company at Korea.
Nakoda Textile Industries is engaged in the manufacture of polyester partially-oriented yarn (POY), fully drawn yarn (FDY), texturized and draw-twisted yarn and trading of all types of chips, yarn, fabrics and salt.
