TruBurst2 conforms to ISO 13938-2 & ASTM D3786 test standards

TruBurst2 Model 810 is aimed at the conventional fabric and apparel markets where bursting pressure up to 1000kPa are required.
TruBurst2 Model 801 targets the more specialised area of the market that require the highest levels of accuracy at bursting pressures not exceeding 100kPa.
TruBurst2 conforms to the ISO 13938-2 and ASTM D3786 test standards and is pre-programmed with many others including those for major Retailers such as NEXT. It is also conforms to common standards used by the non-woven, packaging, paper and plastics industries.
Controlled by its easy to use LCD graphics touch-screen, foolproof operation of TruBurst2 is guaranteed. The critical parameter of time to burst is automatically and precisely controlled by TruBurst2's inbuilt processor. The ability to perform cyclic tests is a unique feature of TruBurst2.
Domes for the five most commonly used test areas are available and the package comes complete with 1mm thick diaphragms allowing it to be used immediately after connection to a suitable air supply. Heals offer an optional silent Laboratory Air Compressor that delivers 1000kPa of pressure so maximising the potential of the instrument.
The built-in USB connection and optional datalogger software, allow saving, filing and exporting of test results and the printing of test reports.
