Highest anti-dumping duty on imports of Nylon 6.6 from US

The Ministry of Commerce, China, had announced of imposing an anti-dumping tax on imports of nylon-6.6 chips effective from October 13.
The chip which is also a polyamide is mainly imported from the United States, Italy, United Kingdom, Taiwan and France and is used in manufacture of plastics and textiles.
The anti-dumping duty on US based company, Ascend Performance Materials is 31.4 percent, INVISTA 25.2 percent and all other US companies it is 37.5 percent.
For Italian company, Radici Chemicals the anti-dumping duty will be 5.3 percent and for other companies of Italian origin it will be 20.9 percent.
The anti-dumping duty on UK and France based companies will be 20.9 percent, while Taiwanese manufacturers of Nylon 6.6 will have to pay 20.9 percent.
