Start your week in style at the kick-off celebration, Monday, October 19 at Chicago's Cultural Center. Among the instore events, fun activities and private sales Akira brings a highlight to the week on Saturday Oct 24th 2009 with TECHNICOLOR LOVER on Saturday 10am – 6pm with an AKIRA Pop-Up Shop and Fashion Show Installation at Harris Theatre Pavillion. As a featured hotspot of Nolcha's Independent Retail Week, AKIRA will host a pop-up shop with all of the hottest fall fashion trends.

Enjoy a vividly colorful AKIRA Fashion Show in style while sipping Hennessy cocktails and enjoy complimentary salon services from Zazu courtesy of PHYTO. The VIP DiVoga lounge will host cocktails and shopping giveaways from AKIRA.
