New York City Holiday Retail Scene gets promotional boost

Independent Retail Week: New York City, November 14th - 20th 2009, presented by Nolcha.com, aims to drive business, increase revenue and provide brand awareness for independent retailers via a week long city wide shopping extravaganza for fashion and beauty lovers.
