Sales volume of polyester / nylon composite filament grows

Sales volume of polyester / nylon composite filament in Shengze market rose slightly in the last week (January 18 to 22), but prices remained flat.
Last weekend, DTY 160D/72F × 16 PET / PA composite filament focused at 16,300 Yuan / ton, DTY 90D/75F × 16 PET / PA stood at 22,100 Yuan / ton and DTY 75D/36F × 16 PET / PA closed at 22,700 Yuan / ton.
Sales volume of DTY 160D/72F × 16 PET / PA composite filament was moderate, while that of DTY 90D/75F × 16 PET / PA composite filament was small, as buying enthusiasm of downstream manufacturers was not high.
Demand for PET / PA composite filament is small, which is troubling the manufacturers of the raw material. Industry people are of the opinion that PET / PA composite filament market is expected to mainly consolidate in the short term.
