DOTS Gloves Previews Brand-New 2010 Line at Macworld 2010; New Line Features Extrafine Italian Merino Wool Gloves Made in the USA.

WHAT: Dots Gloves, the revolutionary gloves that let touch-screen device users including iPhone, iPod Touch and even the new iPad users pinch, scroll, type and swim with gloves on. Dots Gloves unveils their brand-new fall 2010 line at MacWorld 2010 in San Francisco. The new line features extremely sophisticated, seamless construction and Extrafine Merino wool from Italy. The gloves are made right here in the USA and all feature InTouch technology to keep users in touch in cold weather.

WHO: Company co-CEO's Larry Lairson and Christopher Harrison.

WHEN:Tuesday February 9 through Saturday February 13.

WHERE: Booth 1554 at Macworld 2010. Moscone Center 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103

WHY: As the Great Recession began, childhood friends Larry Lairson and Chris Harrison harnessed their entrepreneurial skills and began handcrafting specialized gloves to survive the challenging state of economy as well as Jack Frost. As a former university copywriter in Iowa City, Iowa, where temperatures regularly dipped to minus 20F, Harrison "saw a lot of people around town taking their gloves off with their teeth to answer their touch screen phones and knew there had to be a better way.”

Since then, Dots have become a hit with consumers from Seattle to Sweden with three stylish models that were sold out through much of the holidays. With DOTS Gloves all-weather, gloves-on operation of the iPhone and touch screen devices a cold snap, and a snap in the cold.
