The following is included in the price of the ticket:
- Free trade fair publications: hall layout plans, visitor brochures and the GDS magazine.
- Free admission to all fashion shows, sector-specific seminars and information events.
- Shuttle service at the exhibition centre as well as between the airport and the fair.
- Free travel on public transport within the network of the Rhine-Ruhr transport authority (marked VRR).

Surf the Net at the Exhibition Centre
Easy Internet access anywhere is a prerequisite for developing new business relations. Which is why Internet Lounges are available to visitors in the following halls: Hall 3, Stand E19 powered by First Blue, Hall 6, Stand G25 and Hall 8a, Stand E45. Messe Düsseldorf's WLAN service also makes mobile access possible at the exhibition centre. Vouchers for WLAN use are available from all information counters in the halls.

Thanks to cooperation with their official service partner DMT – Düsseldorf Marketing & Tourismus GmbH, GDS and GLOBAL SHOES can offer exhibitors and visitors numerous services and information for a pleasant visit to the Düsseldorf fair. Services at DMT range from tailor-made travel offers including hotel and flight bookings through to guided tours of the city and online table reservations for Düsseldorf's restaurants using the “Book a Table.de” tool at www.duesseldorf-tourismus.de.

Exclusive Services for VIBs
VIB cardholders enjoy numerous advantages. Located centrally in the trade fair tower the Very Important Buyers' Club is a meeting point for business lunches or a place to withdraw to for meetings in a special setting. Personalised service is also a top priority here. Rounding off the exclusive VIB range is a concierge facility including features like emergency service, travel and information service through to lifestyle management with nightlife tips and a shuttle service.

The forthcoming GDS – International Event for Shoes & Accessories and GLOBAL SHOES – leading trade show for sourcing will be held at Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 12 to 14 March 2010. Altogether approx. 1,120 exhibitors from 40 countries (correct as of 22 February) will be presenting the latest shoe and bag styles. GDS features over 1,750 shoe collections for Autumn/Winter 2010/11 and trends for the current season.
