In tandem with poor upstream raw materials, PX prices in Asia fell to US$ 1065/ton. In Korean market price was around 1030/ton.
Asian PTA spot price remained stable in market, goods imported from the Taiwanese port offered at US$ 980/ton. PTA from S Korean market discussed at the price US$ 970/ton.
Recede in Ethylene market ended with firm downstream demand particularly from PE. In N E Asian market price was around US$ 1275/ton while in S E Asian market price was around US$ 1235/ton.
MEG market declined at steady pace. Prices declined to US$ 890/ton to US$ 895/ton, while counter offer went down below US$ 890/ton. In Chinese domestic market price was around RMB 7350/ton.
