CCC signs LoI to purchase 20% ownership of Bambooies

CCC Globalcom Corporation is pleased to announce that the company has signed a letter of intent to purchase 20% ownership of Bambooies, Inc., a Nevada Corporation that holds the North American rights to several environmentally friendly baby products with patent pending and registered trademarks. CCGC is expediting its due diligence process and is optimistic that the purchase agreement will be signed shortly.

Bambooies, Inc. features a line of baby products including disposable baby diapers and baby wipes that are made from 100% bamboo fiber and bamboo pulp. The bamboo diapers feature super soft comfort fit, and are biodegradable, contain natural anti-bacterial elements, are certified chlorine-free, contain no dyes or colors, and provide great comfort and feeling. The bamboo baby wipes are 100% biodegradable, are free from alcohol and perfumes, and have both the Nordic Ecolabeland and Danish Asthma & Allergy approval. Bamboo fibers can retain up to 60% more fluid than cotton while being gentler on sensitive skin.
