Caprolactam produced in China was offered at RMB 23,300 / ton, however transactions remained limited. Down stream manufacturers followed wait and watch stance as prices of Caprolactam firms on higher level.
In Chinese market, nylon chips prices remained steady around RMB 24,500 / ton. Prices were steady since last one week. Still nylon chips producers faced cost pressure due to firm feedstock prices.
Nylon POY and DTY prices gained by RMB 400 / ton, while FDY prices rose by RMB 300 / ton. New prices of Nylon POY, FDY and DTY were assessed at around RMB 26,900 / ton, RMB 28,100 / ton and RMB 29,600 / ton, respectively.
