Daily round-up of Asian nylon value-chain

In Chinese market, Caprolactam prices continued to remain steady around RMB 22,000 / ton, while upstream market has rebounded. Transactions are small due to unstable prices of upstream products.
Nylon chips prices remain unchanged around RMB 24,000 / ton. Nylon chip producers continued to buy raw material as there is a threat of rebounding in prices of upstream raw material products.
Nylon POY, FDY and DTY prices remained stable around RMB 26,900 / ton, RMB 28,200 / ton and RMB 29,600 / ton respectively. Filament yarn manufacturers have continued buying raw material with an improved profit margin.
